About the role

Our VP of Marketing is on leave from October through February. We're looking for a fractional marketing manager to keep the work shipping while she's out. The goal would be to have someone join that can stay on even after her return!

What you'd own

Conferences, go-to-market, outbound marketing, website maintenance and content, sales collateral, testimonials, event planning, etc.

What you bring

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a small team where you did the work yourself
• Real trade show experience
• Strong writing. You can match an existing voice instead of defaulting to your own
• Hands-on with HubSpot and Apollo, or comfortable getting there fast
• Comfortable working independently with a CRO, a product lead, and a design team

Bonus points

• Multifamily or PropTech background
• You've built outbound motions and actually enjoy it
• Webflow familiarity
