About the role
We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to own our client relationships after the deal closes. You'll run onboarding, drive adoption, and be the person our clients call when something matters.
This is a real ownership role, not a ticket queue. Our clients are multifamily owners and operators running thousands of units, and the people you'll work with are Directors and VPs of Operations, Marketing, and Leasing. When Vivian, our AI leasing agent, handles a renter conversation well, they notice. When something needs attention, you're the one who catches it before they do.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of client accounts from kickoff through renewal
- Run onboarding and get new properties live, working with the client's team and ours
- Review performance with clients regularly, and turn the numbers into a conversation about what to do next
- Drive adoption across a client's portfolio, so what works at three properties works at thirty
- Catch problems early and coordinate the internal fix
- Spot expansion opportunities and hand them to sales with the context they need
- Bring what you hear from clients back to product, so the roadmap reflects reality
What we're looking for
- 3 to 5 years in customer success, account management, or client services at a B2B SaaS company
- Multifamily, PropTech, or property management experience is a real advantage. If you've worked on-site or at a regional level, we want to talk to you
- Comfortable holding a conversation with a VP about operational metrics, not just a product walkthrough
- You follow up without being chased, and you'd rather flag a problem early than explain it later
- Able to explain AI to people who are skeptical of it, without overselling
