Property Vista Launches Pay-by-Bank Rent Payments in Partnership with Dream Payments

Property Vista announced the launch of Pay-by-Bank rent payments, a new way for property managers and renters to move money securely, instantly, and at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods.

Built in partnership with Dream Payments and powered by the Dream Bill Pay Network, the new capability connects directly to Canada’s banking system, allowing tenants to pay rent straight from their bank accounts while property managers receive funds automatically reconciled in Property Vista’s platform.

Simplifying Rent Payments for Everyone

Rent collection has long been one of the most time-consuming and expensive parts of property management. Between card fees, manual reconciliation, and late payments, property teams often spend hours managing transactions that should take seconds. Property Vista’s Pay-by-Bank integration changes that.

With this new feature, property managers can now:

Every payment made through Property Vista’s Pay-by-Bank feature is routed through Scotiabank-provisioned trust accounts, ensuring full transparency and compliance with Canadian financial regulations.
